Seth, thank you for a really good session last night. It was great to see you in person. Do you always do them at the same time, It's a little too late for me to still be doing "screen" time!

This article was a timely read for me and, thanks.

Tell them what they're getting. Exactly.

Ooh that’s the exact opposite of what I was making up. If it’s helpful I imagined a large call, lots of people. The very fact you’ve opened this up transparently has me going to my schedule to see if I can make it. The difference? Depth of possible connection with other people on the call.

For me, you’ve just turned this from ‘subscribe’ to ‘here’s what the container might bring you’. Off to check my schedule. I’m in the UK so converting times is a must!

Ahhh! Yeah, great point, I should specify they’re very small gatherings! But yeah, folks have enjoyed these for sure, as it’s just nice to talk to other people about alllllll the stuff going on with social media and such.

I can’t make this one. But I’ll be sure to come now I know this.

Small intimate gatherings are great! Thanks for your openness. Love your work.

Thank you! And thanks for that perspective - definitely a blind spot for me. I’ll try and do another meeting in two or so weeks

Love this reminder SO much Seth! Bravo.

My 🧠 churned up a teensy wish to be given the number of seats in the call. Or another something and I’m hoping you’ll receive this as a sincere wish to extend your brilliant points. So not for picky reasons but along the same lines of ‘cut the subscribe’ sentence.

The generalist ‘spaces are limited’ doesn’t make it easy for me to click yes for some reason. It acts as an off putter. I’m not driven by scarcity, so it has the opposite effect. Unless there’s genuinely 10/20/50 spaces it raises more questions (my end) than it solves.

What are alternatives using non-scarcity language?

Thanks much! I generally just have 8 spots open, and it’s already free, soooo I dunno... haven’t given that much thought, mostly because I usually get 5-7 people on each call anyways.
