Comment on the physical mail—I’ve sent out “magic mail” (art mail) to my highest tier patrons on Patreon since 2018. It is kind of pain sometimes and I actually have to hire someone to help me with it (150 every two months), but it IS definitely something that sets me apart and that most people do not do. I’m traveling right now and staying on an island for a month and I intentionally brought ocean-themed cards and stickers to mail from the island and I mailed them from the island post office to the 12 paid substack subscribers who replied to my private chat thread asking for mailing addresses if anyone wanted mail. 😊
